I’m always thrown off by the question, “What is [insert a video game title here] about?” I feel like I’m being asked to talk about the story in the game, when really I should be talking about the gameplay experience. The right question to ask is, “What do you do in [insert a video game title here]?” Is that what my askers are really trying to get at when they ask what the game is about, or are they truly more interested in the game’s story over its gameplay?
