are challenged to work together to control a customizable flying contraption through a
dangerous environment. WOMP! is the pioneering recipient of the Microsoft Game Studios'

A new IP from EA Black Box
2009
I worked as an Assistant Game Designer at EA Black Box during my summer internship on a
new action game IP. I designed 25 unique enemy characters, restructured and managed the
team’s wiki-based documentation, and performed several balancing and tuning tasks.
Unfortunately, that’s about all I can say at the moment :-)
Precipice
Humanizing climate change through interactive narrative
2009
Precipice is a collaboration between the Centre for Digital Media and the U.S. Department of
Energy that makes vivid future scenarios related to climate change and environmental disasters.
Players time travel between 2010 and 2032 in a 3D narrative environment that reacts to their
choices and actions to save the future from ruin.

Touchi
An ingredient gentle to the human body

Basic human to human touches like hugs, pats, and handshakes are increasingly uncommon in our lives.
Touchi presents a practical take on the classic game of Twister that reclaims the power of touch in
surprising new ways. Players press and hold randomly selected body parts together until further touch
is physically impossible.

HoloH is a friendly game about fitting in. Players communicate, coordinate, and contort their way
into abstract positions projected onto a 180” x 72” screen. HoloH blends physical and digital games
to create a quirky social experience perfect for parties and ice breakers.

A tasteful way to discover pleasure

Created during a 15 minute board game design challenge, Moan is an adult game that offers players a
lighthearted opportunity to explore and discover the pleasures of the human body. Moan’s open ended
rules encourage players to take creative ownership over the game and craft an experience that satisfies them.

Accessible alternate reality gaming

Deguiyu is the ELAN Award winning alternate reality game (ARG) for Xbox Live's Indie Games platform. The core
gameplay mechanic involves sharing information across everyday virtual worlds and spaces.
Both the gameplay and the narrative work together to explore the nature of digital information and our
questionable relationship with it.

2008
Deadbook is an interactive story conveyed using social networking conventions. Participants register for
an account on Deadbook.org – the social network for the dead – and engage in a developing story involving
three characters who have recently passed away.

EcoRaft
Educational roleplaying meets technological innovation
2004 – 2006
The EcoRaft project is an educational restoration ecology game targeted towards 8 to 12 year old
children. Each player assumes the role of a restoration ecologist working in the Costa Rican rain
forest. Using the resources from the national park, the ecologists must restore a series of devastated
ecosystems to a healthy, thriving state.
